OH Press: 50kg x 3, 55 x 3, 60 x 3, 65(PB) x 1, 65 x 1 Wt Pull ups: 10kg x 3, 10 x 3, 15 x 3, 20 x 3, 25(PB) x 3 Alternated exercises, longish rest. Happy with this session. Wanted to do something before the trip and my legs are fried so this was perfect. Pullups were chin clearly over bar. Have a good one! Ben:
