Ben: 13:52 as rx'd @ 10kg DB Felt a lot better mentally and physically than yesterday, and was able to push hard. Reasonably happy with the time. First time for DB snatches. Hanna: scaled: Burpees chest to reebok step 17:30 @ 5kg DB First workout back from a short lay off and felt a bit lethargic. Got it done and burpees are getting better, so definitely achieved something today. Happy to be back and sweating! We’re back…sunburnt to a crisp, but ready to go!
