Scaled: 70kg DL, 45kg Push Press 16:14 Pushed hard throughout and happy with my time and effort. All DL unbroken, all push press split in 2, and pullups 2,3,4 respectively. As Rx'd is beyond my current strength, but would be a monster workout! Runs on T'mill @ 2% incline. Great WOD! Alright I finally had a go at this…and it was scary!
