I feel doing the Jason Mark's WOD the day before slowed me somewhat. Happy to set a PB though. Hanna: scaled: 70 pullups @50kg assistance, 70 Pushups to bench, 70 situps, 100 squats. 17:25. Previous best 20:54 with more scaling! Very happy the improvement in my met-con and strength. 3:29 faster with 10 extra reps of pullups, pushups and situps. By the time it comes around again I'll be ready to give the full 100reps of each a crack. On another note I am feeling the itch to try some of my gymnastics moves from my childhood more regularly... Good day!! Did this on the 23/5.
