The circuit was not my best effort. DUs were good and only had one stuff up (round 2). Pushups to the focus pad were lower than normal, so progress is happening! Ben: Subbed: 50x DUs for Gasser. 5:39 then 27.5seconds 26 30 29 Circuit was ok. Pushups were hard...haven't done many recently and it showed. KTE always hard, but improving. Jumps ok.
