HPC weren't pretty and 30kg felt heavy. Split Jerk was ok and weight felt comfortable. No hangover today helped! Ben: Scaled: (BW 78kg) DL @ 80kg, HPC and Push Jerk @ 60kg Didn't time, same reason as Hanna. HPC didn't feel that smooth on most reps, but got it there. Powerful hip extension alludes me when I try for clean style moves. Push jerk felt reasonable, but wasn't game to try a split jerk at 60kg. Thanks! Hanna:
