KTEs are not my strong point and to follow them with heavy deads was a warning sign to be sensible. So I was, and i feel great for it. Was still pushing fast, just not flying. Dips felt great which is surprising given I only do them in the WODs. Good session!! Ben:

Really watched form and technique with this one. KTEs are not my strong point and to follow them with heavy deads was a warning sign to be sensible. So I was, and i feel great for it. Was still pushing fast, just not flying. Dips felt great which is surprising given I only do them in the WODs. Good session!!
