I used 30kg for the push press, to ease back into it. That was moderately hard, but the mb cleans and burpees absolutely destroyed my quads. Hanna: subbed/scaled: 2 x 2.5kg DB clean for MB clean. Burpees chest to focus pad 30kg 4 x 5reps, 35kg 1 x 5reps - 35kg too heavy today, technique shabby. 7:35 clean circuit.
