Runs on T'mill @2% and 16kph. Good session, TGU got me breathing a bit, which was surprising. I quite like the movement. Hanna: TGU: 2.5,5,10kg plate Runs on T'mill @2% b/w 13-14kph. Still tight in R hip during runs, but otherwise felt good. Ben:
