First time using jump on and off for box jumps. Felt quicker and no more taxing than jump on, step off method. X-T was a good sub as it really got the heart thumping and drilled the legs. Hanna: TGU @ 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kgBroken plate KTE 2 x 15 broken. Best ROM possible without assistance. Managed one full rep for the first time! Yay!! Christine - scaled/subbed - 300m X-trainer Lvl 3 for row (no rower), DL @ 40kg 17:49 Feeling crappy today, no energy, bit flu like and sore all over.
