Was fun, but super nasty...total fatigue and blowing like a steam train. All pullups pronated and C2B. Did some split jerks for the first time ever. A good WOD to try when fresh...a bench mark style WOD. Hanna: scaled: 25kg C&J, burpees to step, jump chins off step. 14:20 Reasonably solid effort. Burpee-pullups were a huge improvement.
