As coaches it is crucial we start to place more importance on nutrition for everyone at the gym. Managing your nutrition is even more important than working on a skill. Matt and rees you guys both hv great body comp so I can understand why it may not be as big a focus for you both. However I think for the majority of people much more focus needs to be placed on nutrition as it is an area a lot of people struggle with. Nxt time it comes up I want to see a lot more of you in the gym! Thx for all that showed up and thx to Salvador for bringing in his food diary. See u all tmrw! Also for those that are interested about 10:30 we r getting a group together to help push ango thru a workout with some competition. If u think ur up for the challenge come down to the open gym tmrw.
