Today I went to local oval and did 5 x 400m sprints.. no times and rests taken at approximate 1:2, but can't resist in posting as yeah, wow. Ironically for today, the photo of Angus up whilst running his 2.7 km at Randwick; and today to keep myself finishing strong, I was thinking of 'chasing that fast-b.stard Angus! each lap' wow... wish I took my stopwatch.. silly to forget ok this is scary, about the 4th time I’ve done my own WOD.. and its almost / exact to the CF:VIC one!
