As trainers we love the way everybody puts in and the enthusiasm they bring to class. However, sometimes in the pursuit of a great time for a WOD, technique for a movement gets compromised.<BR /> This should not be the case, as it can lead to people injurying themselves, particularly under heavy loads. Also if you think about it, the better your technique, the more efficient you become at the movement, you actually get through the workout quicker.... which is what we're all trying to do!!!<BR /> So, DON"T COMPROMISE YOUR TECHNIQUE!!!! 5.30pm
