Provisional heat list is just about the same but the ladies are all moved into heat #1. If any of the boys want to scale they can do the ladies weight. These competitors will get moved into heat 2. There will be a little bit of fiddling required at check-in. <br /><br />Check-in at 8:30am! <br />WOD #1 kicks off at 9:00am! FYI: Ladies go first.
