Introducing the CrossFit Victoria Elements Course

Our CrossFit Elements Course is designed to safely introduce the beginner athlete to the CrossFit training system.

You will learn how to move correctly, the truth about intense workouts, the importance of correct posture, and how to maintain lasting health and fitness.

In 12 sessions held over 4 weeks you’ll learn all the tools to perform CrossFit workouts safely.

Learn how to move correctly

Over a period of four weeks you will be introduced to the following basic movements and through the practice of these movements you will learn how to move your body correctly:

  • The squat (including front squat and overhead squat)
  • The press
  • The push press
  • The push jerk
  • The deadlift
  • The kettlebell swing
  • The Olympic clean
  • The Olympic snatch

Learn how to safely workout at high intensity

You will be introduced to the concept of relative intensity via workouts that include:

  • Rowing
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Running
  • Skipping
  • Olympic lifting
  • and much more

These workouts give you a taste of the CrossFit system in a controlled environment where your coaches pay specific attention to how you move and perform during the workout. Your coaches are there to keep you safe at all times.

  • 12x 60 minute sessions (three per week for four weeks)
  • 1-2 dedicated coaches to educate and monitor you at all times

Course detail

Our February Elements course is now selling!  

The next course commences on 3rd of February

Morning classes: 6am Tuesday & Thursday, Saturday 10:30am
Evening classes: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm.
All classes run for approximately 60 minutes.
