Five rounds:

  • 10 sledgehammer strikes
  • 10 tyre jumps (up and down like a box jump)

Sledgehammer strikes must be full ROM, head of hammer must pass overhead.

REST

Then:

Three rounds of 10 tyre flips.
Rotate through participants if in a group.
Rest for two minutes between rounds if you”re training alone.

Then practice what you suck at.
