Looking fwd to this one, whats the sub for push press and push jerk for someone with a bung knee?
Big class tonight. Alex lead the group (we’re seeing what he’s made of before we give him a trainer’s t-shirt – looking good so far). I hope to see some results here soon. I was a lazy SOB and had a rest.
