Max rds in 20 minutes:

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 clapping push-ups

    Subbed: DB swings for KB swings…no KB’s
    7 rounds + 3 Pullups.
    DB @15kg, Jumps bench + 2 plates.
    Went out very hard and then not surprisingly slowed considerably. Pullups limiting factor, as well as people getting in the way of the only kipping capable bar at the gym. Swings all unbroken, only one set of the pushups broken, and jumps consistent speed. Really like this mix of exercises.

    Subbed/scaled: Pullups @ 45kg assistance, DB swings @ 7.5kg, Jumps as above, regular pushups x 7reps.
    7 rounds exactly.
    Swings felt easy. Pushups got tough. Most sets of pullups unbroken. Jumps ok. Good workout!
