3rds for time:

  • 10 each hand (20kg) one arm snatch
  • 20 burpies
  • 10 dumbell thrusters
  • 20 burpies

    Subbed/scaled: snatch @ 5kg, 10burpees, DB thruster @ 5kgs each, 10burpees.

    First time with the snatch, and first time with DB thrusters….burpees chest to small reebok step each rep. Good to practice a few new moves and really made the effort to get technique solid each rep.
