Completed this a day late as I was still in my rest phase. Good workout and great to start back with this one. Deadlifts unbroken, HSPUs have limited endurance, but form felt good. Will keep the focus pad for the next time and try to reduce the number of sets.

All dive bombers chest touched reebok step. First WOD without Ben to watch and instruct me, but happy that I did it all with good technique and intensity!
