Thrusters:
50kg,55,60,65,70 (PB),70, 75 (fail!).
Double Unders:
2:13 74(PB), 42, 21, 13 = 150
Penalty Pullups:
4reps with 20kg DB. Chin above bar.
Extremely happy with today. Thrusters felt pretty, not overly explosive from the hips, but getting there. Doubles under came together nearly perfectly. Disappointed with taking 4 sets instead of 3…wasn’t fatigue just a crappy skill execution. DU’s were barefoot and i used a different grip. Both helped. Got away with working out with my top off today as well, which also helped considering it is 30ish degrees and humidity of 1000% here.
DUs barefoot. Gutsy. Pain is a great motivator. Well done.

Double Unders: 4:26 – 23, 30, 41, 60, 80, 103, 120, 140, 148, 150.
Penalty Pullups:
10reps of negative lowers.
All done on the back of a big night and with a nasty hangover. Thrusters were ok, DUs are usually strong but today were rubbish. Lesson learned.
