AMRAP in 5 minutes (x2 with 1 min break in between)

  • 3 Thrusters @ 40kg
  • 6 Pullups
  • 9 Burpees

    Second 5mins: 4rounds
    Destroyed after this, but was cranking today. Supported by some good equipment shepherding from Hanna and improved kipping (thanks to mainsite videos, and practice). Rest day looking good tomorrow.

    scaled: Thrusters @ 25kgs, Pullups @ 35kg assistance, Burpees to reebok step.
    First 5mins: 2round + Th + PUs
    Second 5mins: 3rounds
    First round was hampered by several bad reps that had to be repeated (ROM issues) – concentration!! 2nd round I pushed super hard to finish the 3rd lot of burpees…just made it. Capabilities continuing to improve :)
