Good stuff! Ben: Subbed: ~20min stationery bike for row. Didn’t push hard, took it as a recovery session. Body tired and riddled with DOMS after the past week. Today and tomorrow as rest will cure all!!
First session back after a long time 19:19.6 very happy with that result, and hopefully more to follow
