Heading to Hong Kong for some hiking over the next 3 days, so squeezed in a session today.
OH Press: 50kg x 3, 55 x 3, 60 x 3, 65(PB) x 1, 65 x 1
Wt Pull ups: 10kg x 3, 10 x 3, 15 x 3, 20 x 3, 25(PB) x 3
Alternated exercises, longish rest. Happy with this session. Wanted to do something before the trip and my legs are fried so this was perfect. Pullups were chin clearly over bar.
