    Subbed/scaled: OHS practice.
    Haven’t OHS’d recently, so subbed this in as my snatch would have been crappy and not beneficial. Many sets, including 2sets at 40kg (PB) for 5 reps. Strength is there, but wrist/thumb position slightly uncomfortable.

    subbed/scaled: OHS practice.
    Much the same as above, except practice without load. Need to develop correct muscle firing etc.
