    Yep, B2B tabata. I remember. Notice my total lack of lumbar curve as my legs begin to brim with lactic acid.

    Lunges knee touch ground, pullups chest touch bar, sit ups floor with feet anchored. Good WOD. Pullups kill my time as I quickly have to resort to sets of 3reps. Otherwise felt good!

    Lunges knee to ground, situps on ground feet anchored. Legs were on fire!! Made extra effort to keep shoulders square and hips straight. Prior to WOD had several attempts at strict, jumping and kipping pullups. With a slight jump and aggressive kip, I can almost get a pullup…YAY!
