Very happy with this. Did some extra mobility work prior to the WOD and it made a big difference. 40kg OHS is = PB for me, so I was surprised it felt so good. Full ROM and only the 15rep set was split (10,5). Happy

scaled: OHS @ 20kg to step + parallete, burpees to step.

Much improved OHS technique compared to a practice session a few days ok. I need more time to develop midline strength to allow for more depth, but have changed the warm up routine to facilitate this.
