    Happy to break my PB and exceed 100kgs for the first time. Form was starting to suffer. Maintaining a good posture at the bottom of the lift is tough as it is right the end of my flexibility. Will work on it.

    New PB for me! Felt pretty good the whole way through. Used two plates under bar to get proper height (with biggest plate on bar being 10kg). Getting stronger each week…
