    Modified: 20reps each of BB Thruster, SDHP, Box jumps and PPress then 50 DUs, rest 1min.
    Round 1: 3:23
    Round 2: 3:26
    Round 3: 4:30
    Wow…spent force after this one! As you can see died heavily in last round. Had to modify because no-one to time rounds, and no rower or med ball. Still a hard metcon. Last round slippery -from sweat – floor and bench (what I jump on) became a big problem. First two rounds of DUs unbroken and only 1 stuff up in round 3. Good stuff.

    Modified: 10reps of BB Thruster, 20reps of SDHP & Box jumps and the 10reps of BB Push Press then 50 DUs, rest 1min.
    Round 1: 4:45
    Round 2: 4:56
    Round 3: ~10mins….
    I had a funny landing on one of the box jumps in round 3 and had to stop after my foot went into a spasm. Feels ok now, so no dramas, but stuffed up the final part of the last round. Hot hot hot in the gym tonight so sweat angels!
