Spent the weekend hiking in Hong Kong again. Blasted an 18km difficult, heavily undulating hike in 33degs+. Feel good now, but not taking enough water was stupid!! Would like to make this workout up tomorrow.
Cheers!
This is going to be a tough workout. It’s a bit of a test to see how people cope with a push/pull couplet. I wouldn’t normally program in this manner. You are my guinea pigs. Please leave your thoughts here.
Thank you, Adam.

Not completely happy with this time and my intensity, but still dehydrated and fatigued from the challenging hike yesterday. The HSPUs were tough as always as I don’t practice them enough, pullups were better than normal. With regards to the push/pull nature of this WOD, the total body involvement of the kipping pullup and also the HSPU meant that it felt a long way from a more traditional push-pull couplet.
