    Previous best was 9:30. Situps on floor with feet anchored and fingertips on forehead at all times. Head touched ground.
    Reasonably happy, though still recovering from the weekend hike, so perhaps have ~20-30secs in me if fresh.
    Will do yesterday’s hero WOD in the coming week.

    Used Ab Mat, DUs felt awesome. Nearly got 1st 50 out in one set. Last three sets done unbroken. Sweet!
