FS: 60,70,75,75,80 (PB for 3)
Today was a pleasant surprise. Focused on stability with the OHS and aggressiveness with the FS. A little annoyed that I didn’t get the 55kg 3rep OHS, but next time for sure.
Hanna:
OHS: Practice 5sets @ 20kg 4-5reps.
FS: 40,50,50,55(PB for 3),50
OHS looking much better and forcing me to activate the correct muscles. FS was good and after the OHS had straightened me it felt better than ever. Good day.

Tricep strain came into play at the 70kg FS, so decided to be sensible and finish with lighter weight.
