Decided to do the JASON MARKS WOD from the other day I missed when I was away.
Scaled to 45kg Push Press and 70kg DL.

On another note, I introduced my brother to CF today as he is visiting me in China. He had a crack at the WOD too – with scaling of course – and managed 33:49 without a heart attack. He lives very close to CFV and is definitely interested to look and potentially sign up!

26:12 as rx’d. (PB) Previous best 28:11
Pullups took under 10mins (last time ~14mins), but pushups were a killer. Situps and squats were ok, but I was definitely not flying. I feel doing the Jason Mark’s WOD the day before slowed me somewhat. Happy to set a PB though.
Hanna:
scaled: 70 pullups @50kg assistance, 70 Pushups to bench, 70 situps, 100 squats.
17:25. Previous best 20:54 with more scaling!
Very happy the improvement in my met-con and strength. 3:29 faster with 10 extra reps of pullups, pushups and situps. By the time it comes around again I’ll be ready to give the full 100reps of each a crack. On another note I am feeling the itch to try some of my gymnastics moves from my childhood more regularly…
