    First WOD I have missed in 3mths due to ‘crap’ reasons. Had my gym time eroded by waiting for someone to fix my internet connection! No rower so would have had to sub to running anyway…but disappointed all the same!
    Hanna:
    Subbed: Running for rowing, same distances and rests.
    Pushed hard, and tomato face by the end! Didn’t record individual splits.
