AMRAP pullup, pushups, squats

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

  • 1 pull-up
  • 2 push-ups
  • 3 squats

Link the movements as efficiently as possible but be sure to complete ROM.

    Completed yesterdays WOD today. Ridiculous hangovers for both Ben and I yesterday so missed the WOD. See that WOD comments for times. Will make this one up tomorrow!

    Good workout and definitely one that would be good fun (in a painful way) to do with some competition. I was by my lonesome and stopped every 5 round to write my score. 60rounds (4/min) definitely achievable.
