Pullups: 20,22.5, 30 (2reps), 22.5
I had previously done 150swings for time (12.5kg 6:06) so i thought it was a good sub. A little angry i didn’t beat my time, but increased weight so not all bad. Pullups were good…first set felt average, but then the muscles fired up. I got 2.75 reps at 30kg which was a welcome surprise. Just couldn’t get it!!

Swings were tough, mentally and physically, but it was fun to have a WOD where Ben and I could compete right next to each other. Very hot in the gym today…39degs, no air con, so wasn’t that comfortable! Pullups improving each week…can get a decent rep with a little jump and an (unco) kip. Dead hang rep soon
