Did the pullup variant. Good workout, but grip/hand/forearm fatigue was a major factor. Wasn’t destroyed at the end of the WOD as I was slowed by my inability to grip the bar towards the end. Worked hard to open hips fully.

scaled: 20kg SDHP, Assisted Pullups @ 35kg

Pullups the slower movement, but felt ok. Shoulders fatigued from a recent WODs. SDHP at 30kg felt a little heavy for a metcon workout. Next time..
We both followed the WOD with some gymnastics and other stuffing around. A few L-sits, handstands, planche holds etc. Good fun!
