Subbed/scaled: No rower, so did 400m run, 15kg DB swings.

Felt pretty good today after the warm up and had some competition from a mate, so pushed hard. Runs on treadmill much much slower than ‘real’ running, but feels just as hard. Kept the weight sensible on the swings as this cycle has had a lot of swing/hip opening movements. Cheers!

Did light loads today as muscles are very sore from recent WODs, so instead focused on minimising rest between exercises. That went fairly well. Runs were still hard on my fatigued legs! Rest day tomorrow YAY!
