    Pushups: 25,20,20,18
    Tough workout…super hot in the gym and that made the treadmill runs feel nasty. Got 240m through the fifth run. Happy with the pullup PB.

    scaled: pullups at 35kg ass, pushups to reebok step (no legs)
    Pullups:12,10,11,10
    Pushups: 16,12,15,13
    Hard, hot and sweaty. Ouch.
