Power snatch

On the minute:

  • Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes.
  • Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches.
  • Use a maximal weight. 80% of 1 RM
  • For every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees during rest time.

    Hanna and I both did this same rep scheme with OHS instead of power snatch.
    Hanna @ 10kg – still developing technique and activation…not that pretty!
    Ben @ 40kg – felt heavy today…been a while between OHSs and wrists/hands tired from last weeks WODs – those joints still adapting!
