Tough mentally this workout…especially without bumper plates and spotters. Reasonably happy anyway. Been a while between front squat efforts. Afterwards did more gymnastics. Really enjoying working on the L-sit, planche and handstands.

Scaled: 45kg, 40kg, 30kg
4reps, 6reps, 8reps.
Technique not bad, and felt ok. When fatigued felt pressure through the lower back. All in all not bad at all.
