    ***I’ll be checking out the training logs to who, if anyone, completed this rx’d and what weight they used. I’d imagine someone would have attempted this at 20kg…with knee to floor lunges that would be a massive effort. I’d guess ~30-40mins***

    Super hard given the previous block of programming. Legs were toast at the beginning. Didn’t worry about the clock, just went for completion and quality reps. No wall ball available so a necessary sub.
