    TGU: 5, 10, 15kg plate.
    Runs on T’mill @2% and 16kph.
    Good session, TGU got me breathing a bit, which was surprising. I quite like the movement.

    TGU: 2.5,5,10kg plate
    Runs on T’mill @2% b/w 13-14kph.
    Still tight in R hip during runs, but otherwise felt good.

  2. the TGU is a interesting exercise. I have found that there are lots of different ways to do this exercise..all depends on where or whom you learned it from.
