Plyometric jumps

  • 3×5 standing broad jump
  • 3×5 high box jumps

Then:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

  • Ring dips
  • Clapping Push-ups
  • 200m run

    Broad Jumps..didn’t exactly measure, but near 215cm was max. More over 200cm than previous attempt.
    Box Jumps: did bench + 3 plates and jump on, off then over = 1 rep. Felt good.
    Circuit subbed: 30 Double unders for 200m run. 200′s on t’mill are crap. DU’s more accurate of real effort. parallel bar dips for ring dips.

    Good circuit and I felt good today. Pushed hard and really tried to minimise rest periods. The decreasing volume each round is perfect for explosive moves like the plyo pushup.
