    Felt good and pushed hard throughout. First time using jump on and off for box jumps. Felt quicker and no more taxing than jump on, step off method. X-T was a good sub as it really got the heart thumping and drilled the legs.

    KTE 2 x 15 broken. Best ROM possible without assistance. Managed one full rep for the first time! Yay!!

    Feeling crappy today, no energy, bit flu like and sore all over. WOD was slow…Happy to make it and very happy to get my first KTE. Day not a complete disaster then.
