  • 15 pull-ups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 45 squats

    Ben:
    5 rounds + pullups + 19 sit ups.
    Sit ups with feet anchored and massage balls in lumbar spine. Felt good today after spending an extra 30mins loosening up at home – stretching, trigger point, mobility etc. Time well spent. ALways feel better when I do it.
