I am quite good at double unders, thanks for asking…though I was gassed big time during this one. Good WOD…short and sweet. I think one round of DU’s unbroken and the others broken once (re-grip & breath) or twice (if stuff up)

DL looked and felt good, only one set broken. DU’s only one stuff up, but broken at 30reps for all but first round…improvement to be had in shorter rests.
