Complete the following for time:

  • 15-10-5
  • Clean & Jerk (Men 60kg, Women 40kg)
  • Burpee-Pullup

    Did it in reverse order 5-10-15reps so I could start heavy and get lighter. Was fun, but super nasty…total fatigue and blowing like a steam train. All pullups pronated and C2B. Did some split jerks for the first time ever. A good WOD to try when fresh…a bench mark style WOD.

    scaled: 25kg C&J, burpees to step, jump chins off step.

    Reasonably solid effort. Burpee-pullups were a huge improvement. Previous attempt on those I got 3 or 4 and was totally spent. C&J form came and went.
