Smashed this one. Was nervous beforehand thinking about how much it would suck, but once I got started and nailed the first 30jumps i was rolling. Everything unbroken, and jumps to bench + 3 plates which is the first time in a metcon – around 60cm (24″).
Ohhh yeah.

scaled: burpees chest to focus pad, bench + two plates

Jesus! Hard WOD. All my jumps come from the calves – technique needs work. Burpees were better, though I blistered my feet up nicely (barefoot!)
